Instructors may order online through the catalog, e-mail Brian Bianca at babianca@hacc.edu, call the McCormick Library at 780-2630, or walk to McCormick Library to make reservations. Materials will be available for pickup at McCormick Library on the day prior to the scheduled show date.
Reservations must be made by noon the working day before the show date. Three working days notice is required for Gettysburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York campuses.
Reservations may be made one year in advance.
When reserving media, please provide the following information:
- Catalog number ( 6 digit number) and title (available in the web catalog)
- Loan period - date needed, date return
- Your name
- Phone number where you can be reached
If you need time to preview the material, let us know the desired date when reserving it. After showing, please return the material to McCormick Library.
Media must be returned on the agreed upon date. If you need to extend this date, call McCormick Library immediately.
