Instructors may book media materials to show in class. Materials can be booked online through the catalog, by emailing Borany Kanal-Scott at brkanals-at-hacc.edu or Edyta Lonon at eklonon-at-hacc.edu, by calling the McCormick Library at 780-2460, or in person at McCormick Library. Materials will be available for pickup at McCormick Library on the day prior to the scheduled show date.
Bookings must be made by noon the working day before the show date. Three working days notice is required for videos requested from the Gettysburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York campuses.
Bookings may be made up to one year in advance.
When booking media, please provide the following information:
- Call number and title (available in the online catalog)
- Loan period - date needed, expected date of return
- Your name
- Phone number where you can be reached
If you need time to preview the requested material, let us know the desired date when booking it. After showing, please return the material to McCormick Library.
Media must be returned on the agreed upon date. If you need to extend this date, call McCormick Library immediately.
