Reserve items are materials placed behind the Circulation Desk and are available on a limited basis. Some materials may be limited to use within the library, but others may be checked out for up to seven days. This is to ensure that all students have access to the material designated by the instructor.
To check out a reserve item, ask an employee at the Circulation Desk for assistance.
Need help locating an item on reserve? Tell a staff member at the Circulation Desk the name of your class and they'll help you check out the material. Looking for an e-Reserve?
The course reserve services of the HACC Library System assist faculty and students in sharing specific materials for study and research purposes. Print and non-print resources from commercial publishers may be reproduced to enable more students simultaneous access to their contents subject to copyright guidelines.
Instructors are responsible for adhering to the Copyright Law of the United States of America.
The Library will review all material to ensure it complies with copyright law and library policy, and instructors will be contacted immediately if any copyright concerns are noted.
