• CQ Press Encyclopedia of American Government

This resource provides quick information on the institutions of U.S. government:  U.S. Presidency, the Supreme Court, Congress, elections, and the Constitution.  Based on CQ Press’ American Government A to Z series, it includes definitions, statistical graphs and tables, primary source documents, and images.

   

• CQ Press Public Affairs Collection

  Public affairs is defined as political issues that affect people generally. (Dictionary of Politics & Government, Bloomsbury, 2004).  Follow U.S.  legislation on important political issues like immigration, Medicare, energy, terrorism, and internet security with the  CQ Public Affairs Collection.  Resource includes legislative analyses, statistics, primary source documents, and case summaries. Also links to relevant CQ Researcher reports.

Resource includes an encyclopedia of the Supreme Court as well as primary source documents, chronologies of major cases, and statistics.
